2. Warranty Eligibility Requirements
When requesting warranty service from X‑SENSE, customers must meet the following requirements:

The product must be purchased through official sales channels, including the X‑SENSE official website, Amazon store, or Walmart store.

A valid order number or purchase invoice must be provided.
3. Warranty Start Date
The warranty period begins on the date the product is delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer.
4. How to Request Warranty Service
If you experience an issue with your product, please contact our customer support team at service@x-sense.com
To help us process your request efficiently, please provide the following information:

The order ID associated with your purchase

A detailed description of the issue, including what happened, when it occurred, and how it occurred, along with your order number and the product’s SKU.

Any troubleshooting steps you have already taken.

Clear photos or videos showing the defect(s), taken under good lighting conditions
5. Warranty Service Solutions
If a defect covered under this warranty is confirmed, X‑SENSE may, at its discretion:

Repair the product.

Replace the product or relevant parts.

Provide an alternative solution as permitted by applicable laws.
Replacement products or parts will inherit the remaining warranty period of the original product, or be covered by at least 3 months of warranty, whichever is longer.
6. What Is Not Covered Under Warranty
This warranty does not cover:

Products without sufficient proof of purchase

Lost or stolen products

Products with expired warranty periods

Non‑quality‑related issues reported more than 60 days after purchase

Free or promotional products

Repairs or modifications performed by unauthorized third parties
