1. 60‑Day Money‑Back Guarantee

We offer a 60‑day money‑back guarantee for brand‑new, unactivated products that are free from defects not caused by user error.

  • Return requests must be made within 60 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused and in resalable condition.
  • Returns sent without prior approval will not be refunded.

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at service@x-sense.com.

Once your request is approved, our support team will provide the return address and instructions. Please ship the item within 7 days and email us the tracking number.

3. Return Conditions

Returned products must:

  • Be free of physical or visible damage.
  • Include all original packaging, manuals, and accessories.

Products that cannot be resold are not eligible for a refund. X‑Sense is not responsible for lost or unverified return shipments.

4. Refund Amounts & Processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected (typically within 3–10 business days).

Refund amounts are based on the delivery date:

  • 100% refund within 30 days
  • 80% refund within 45 days
  • 60% refund within 60 days
  • No refund after 60 days

5. Shipping Fees & Duties

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs once the package has been received.
  • Shipping fees are non‑refundable and may be deducted from the refund.
  • For cross‑border orders, customs duties may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.

If you did not receive the package or refused delivery, please contact us to initiate a return request. In this case, no return shipping fee will be charged.

6. Missing or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your package upon delivery. If you receive missing, incorrect, or wrong items, contact our support team with your order number, SKU, and clear photos of the package and labels.

2. Warranty Eligibility Requirements

When requesting warranty service from X‑SENSE, customers must meet the following requirements:

  • The product must be purchased through official sales channels, including the X‑SENSE official website, Amazon store, or Walmart store.
  • A valid order number or purchase invoice must be provided.

3. Warranty Start Date

The warranty period begins on the date the product is delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer.

4. How to Request Warranty Service

If you experience an issue with your product, please contact our customer support team at service@x-sense.com

To help us process your request efficiently, please provide the following information:

  1. The order ID associated with your purchase
  2. A detailed description of the issue, including what happened, when it occurred, and how it occurred, along with your order number and the product’s SKU.
  3. Any troubleshooting steps you have already taken.
  4. Clear photos or videos showing the defect(s), taken under good lighting conditions

5. Warranty Service Solutions

If a defect covered under this warranty is confirmed, X‑SENSE may, at its discretion:

  • Repair the product.
  • Replace the product or relevant parts.
  • Provide an alternative solution as permitted by applicable laws.

Replacement products or parts will inherit the remaining warranty period of the original product, or be covered by at least 3 months of warranty, whichever is longer.

6. What Is Not Covered Under Warranty

This warranty does not cover:

  • Products without sufficient proof of purchase
  • Lost or stolen products
  • Products with expired warranty periods
  • Non‑quality‑related issues reported more than 60 days after purchase
  • Free or promotional products
  • Repairs or modifications performed by unauthorized third parties
  • Damage caused by external factors
  • Damage caused by misuse, including but not limited to drops, extreme temperatures, water exposure, or improper operation
  • Products purchased from unauthorized resellers
